FAQs
How about prices?
Every Logios Travel tour is tailor-made. Check TOURS section and contact us. Share your desires, plans and intentions with us and we will send you a personalized itinerary with all the details… including prices.
Logios Travel will gladly help you and give you recommendations for your reservations and travel plans and will certainly assist you during your stay with us. Of course, filling our questionnaire will be really helpful to provide you with the best counseling.
Prices will always include an expert guide for visits to monuments and monumental areas and all extra services you want to incorporate.
How should I contact Logios Travel?
Prior to the visit: email. No doubt.
Once the tour has been booked, once you are in Spain, WhatsApp or Telegram can be interesting alternatives because of their immediacy.
How can I book a tour?
It’s simple: Go to our TOURS section, choose a tour and a date and contact us.
The more time we have, the easier it will be to confirm your preferred days and hours. If you contact us months in advance, that’s great!
Your booking will be 100% guaranteed once you proceed with payment. Amount and deadlines will depend on your particular, tailor-made tour.
Don’t know what to book? Need recommendations? Any doubt? No problem: send us an email.
What are the payment methods?
We usually work with bank transfer. Wise or PayPal are safe options.
Cash is also possible. In case Logios Travel assumed the purchasing of the tickets, their costs would be transferred in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Generally, all tours located in Sevilla and cancelled less than 72 hours in advance must be paid 50% of the agreed upon price. Tours cancelled within 24 hours prior to the tour, the full amount of the tour must be paid.
For tours outside Sevilla and full info in General Terms & Conditions, section 3.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended if you want to prevent or minimize many of the risks of traveling: accidents, illness, missed flights, lost baggage, theft…
Besides, Logios Travel is a travel provider, a tour facilitator. Logios Travel is not a travel agency. Therefore it is not obliged to have its own insurance for the travellers joining the tours.
“The adventures may be mad, but the adventurer must be sane.” ― G. K. Chesterton
Dressing recommendations?
Spain is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. So be prepared. The tours will preferably be accommodated seeking least crowded hours and –of course- best weather conditions.
Tours will often include walking, both inside monuments and around the city. Make sure you bring a nice pair of comfortable shoes!
Additionally, let’s face it: Spain is not Italy. We are not as fashionable as our neighbors. Still, when visiting monuments we do give importance to a proper outfit. Some degree of elegance is a way to show respect.
